Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-presented Personality Development Trainer to train and mentor students in developing their communication skills, confidence, qualified personality, and interpersonal skills, particularly for careers in the aviation and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging personality development and soft-skills training sessions.
- Train students in communication skills, confidence building, and professional etiquette.
- Improve students' spoken English, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, mock interviews, and presentations.
- Train students in body language, grooming, posture, and professional appearance.
- Develop students' public speaking and stage confidence.
- Provide guidance for interviews, group discussions, and workplace communication.
- Help students overcome communication barriers and build self-confidence.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials, activities, assessments, and practice sessions.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team to track student progress.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in personality development, soft-skills training, communication training, or teaching is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Good knowledge of professional etiquette, grooming, and interview skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
