Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personality Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions focused on communication skills, confidence building, interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and overall personality development.

The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive and engaging personality development and soft-skills training sessions.
- Train students/professionals in communication skills, spoken English, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop participants' confidence, self-awareness, leadership qualities, and professional behavior.
- Conduct activities, role plays, group discussions, mock interviews, and other practical exercises.
- Assess participants' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and lesson plans as required.
- Customize training sessions according to the learners' needs and skill levels.
- Motivate participants and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Track and evaluate the progress of trainees and maintain relevant training records.




- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in soft skills and personality development training.
- Coordinate with the HR/Training team to achieve learning and development objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience as a Personality Development Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle groups and engage participants effectively.
- Strong listening, mentoring, and feedback skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other basic training tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
