Physician Assistant / Clinic Executive – OPD & EMR

Location: Hormowell Centre, Jaipur

We are looking for a smart, responsible and computer-friendly Physician Assistant / Clinic Executive to assist doctors and manage day-to-day OPD operations at our clinic.

Responsibilities

- Assist the doctor during OPD and manage smooth patient flow
- Record BP, pulse, SpO₂, weight, height, BMI and other vitals
- Perform BCA / Body Composition Analysis
- Blood sample collection / phlebotomy
- Enter patient history, vitals, investigations and other information in the EMR
- Manage appointments, OPD slots and doctor's calendar
- Maintain and coordinate the doctor's daily schedule
- Handle appointment confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling
- Maintain patient records and follow-up information
- Basic clinic billing, accounts and daily collection records
- Coordinate with reception, laboratory, pharmacy and other clinic staff
- Assist with WhatsApp/telephone communication related to appointments and patient follow-ups




- Ensure the OPD is properly prepared before the doctor starts consultations
- Complete pending documentation and clinic work after OPD

Candidate Requirements
- Nursing / Physician Assistant / Allied Healthcare background preferred
- Should know blood sample collection
- Basic computer knowledge is essential
- Comfortable using EMR, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and appointment software
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Organized, punctual and responsible
- Willing to learn new software and clinic systems
- Ability to multitask in a busy OPD

Who Would Be a Good Fit? Someone who enjoys both patient care and clinic management. This is not purely a nursing or front-desk position. The role combines clinical assistance + EMR + appointments + doctor's scheduling + basic clinic administration.

Freshers with valuable clinical and computer skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
