About the role

InsidersLab is looking for an organised, proactive Personal Assistant based in India with practical experience in social media and AI tools.

You will support daily operations, coordinate tasks and help create and manage social media content. We are looking for someone who uses tools such as Claude and ChatGPT confidently to improve the quality and efficiency of their work.

Knowledge of Italian is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

- Manage calendars, meetings, reminders and daily follow-ups.
- Coordinate internal tasks, track deadlines and keep project management tools updated.
- Support communication with clients and team members.
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Design social media posts and presentations using Canva.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos, including captions, cuts and basic visual elements.
- Use Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft captions, generate content ideas, summarise documents and organise information.
- Review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, tone and relevance before use.
- Maintain documents, shared folders, Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Identify recurring tasks that could be simplified with AI or basic automation.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant, social media assistant or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience creating, scheduling and managing social media content.




- Confident use of Canva and short-form video editing tools.
- Practical experience using Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to write clear prompts, refine outputs and check the quality of AI-generated content.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.
- Transparent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Reliability, discretion and consistent respect for deadlines.
- Based in India, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.

Nice to have

- Conversational Italian.
- Experience working in a marketing agency or supporting multiple clients.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Trello, Asana or Slack.
- Experience with basic workflow automation.
- Training in digital marketing, social media, communication or AI applications.

Working arrangement Remote contract role based in India. Working hours and availability will be agreed during the selection process, considering coordination with the team in Italy.
