Required Skills

- 10–14 years of performance testing/engineering experience.

- Experience with APM/monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Strong knowledge of databases, web technologies, APIs, networking, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- SAP performance testing experience is a solid plus.
- Experience with CI/CD, microservices, API performance, and service virtualization.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications

- Mandatory: 1 performance/testing tool certification + 1 domain certification.
- Preferred: ISTQB or equivalent performance/testing certification.

Preferred Domain Experience FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, SAP/ERP, Retail, or Energy.
