Role Description This is a full-time Performance Marketing Specialist role based in Kochi with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and YouTube to drive leads, conversions, and revenue for clients. Daily responsibilities include setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, refining targeting and creatives, and managing budgets to achieve ROI goals.

The role also involves collaborating with content and strategy teams to align messaging with client objectives, preparing performance reports,



and communicating insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. The specialist will continuously test new approaches, stay updated on platform best practices, and contribute to building scalable, data-driven marketing systems.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, present insights, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to understand target audiences, position offerings, and design high-performing campaigns.

- Sales awareness and performance-focused mindset to align marketing efforts with pipeline growth, conversions, and revenue objectives.

- Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic SEO concepts.

- Ability to interpret data, build clear reports, and make informed optimization decisions; comfort with A/B testing and experimentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in Kochi.

- Experience in agency settings or working with startups and SMEs is an advantage.
