About the Role

We are hiring a high-energy Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive to drive growth across our Instagram and Facebook ecosystems. This role bridges creative execution with data-driven media buyingtaking ownership of daily organic content production (Reels, Stories, Posts) while running and optimizing direct-response ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Ad Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize daily ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook), tracking ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion velocity.
- Creative Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-retention short-form video ads, reels, and promotional creatives using tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.
- Organic Community Growth: Maintain an active posting calendar on Instagram and Facebook; handle audience engagement (comments and DMs) within target turnaround times.
- Promotional Campaigns:



Plan and execute seasonal sales, product drops, and festive discount campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance weekly via Meta Ads Manager and GA4, identifying creative fatigue and audience saturation early.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and managing brand social accounts. (Fashion)
- Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form direct-response video content independently.
- Practical understanding of core performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, and conversion funnels.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site from our Bangalore office.
- A bias for action, strong aesthetic sense, and data-informed decision-making.
