About the Role Own Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid acquisition end-to-end — account structure, campaign builds, creative testing and budget scaling — to grow sales profitably against ROAS, CAC and CPA targets across our D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:-

Own Meta account structure: campaign builds, audience strategy, budget pacing and daily optimisation

Scale spend profitably toward ROAS/CPA targets; balance prospecting vs. retargeting and shift budget to top performers

Run continuous creative testing (hooks, formats, UGC) with the creative team; detect and kill ad fatigue early

Run structured A/B tests on audiences, offers and landing pages; brief creative on winning angles

Maintain pixel/CAPI tracking integrity across Shopify and Meta





Report weekly on spend, revenue and funnel metrics with explicit, actionable insights

Must-Have Skills & Tools:-

Meta Ads Manager (incl. Advantage+), pixel/CAPI setup and troubleshooting

GA4, Shopify, attribution tools (Triple Whale/Northbeam), strong Excel/Sheets

Creative-data fluency — reading hook rate, hold rate, CTR and translating into briefs 2–4 years hands-on D2C/eCommerce paid social experience; strong analytical mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
