About Role

Experience: 1–1.5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹37,000/month (Based on experience)

Location: Marol Andheri East, Mumbai

We need someone who can join immediate or with 15day notice.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversions .
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad copies.
- Work with the creative team to develop performance-driven ad creatives.




- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights/recommendations.
- Track leads and conversions and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage multiple campaigns across different clients/projects.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Performance Marketing/Paid Media.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- Candidates with agency experience will be preferred.
- Experience handling lead generation, e-commerce or conversion campaigns .
- Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
