Performance Marketer

About the Role

Fitspire is looking for a Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue scaling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive profitable customer acquisition with a strong focus on P&L; and contribution margin.
- Analyze cohorts, LTV, customer psychology, and campaign performance to improve conversions.
- Manage and optimize Shopify storefront, checkout flows, and analytics.
- Develop strategies to control COD orders and minimize RTO.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, contribution margin, and other key business metrics.




- Identify growth opportunities and aggressively scale successful campaigns and budgets.

Key Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Mandatory D2C experience; FMCG brand experience strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify, analytics, and e-commerce funnels.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.
- Proven experience in scaling D2C campaigns and managing COD/RTO challenges.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and growth-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
