We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in paid advertising,

lead generation, data analysis, and digital growth. The role provides hands-on exposure to live campaigns across Google and Meta.

Role Overview

You will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for courses and educational programs. You will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to improve campaign performance and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns.

● Support lead-generation campaigns for courses and educational programs.

● Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and campaign budgets.

● Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.

● Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

● Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.

● Track leads using CRM, GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

● Coordinate with the creative team on performance-focused advertisements.

● Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and lead-to-enrollment performance.

● Prepare campaign reports and share actionable insights.

● Assist with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

● Stay updated with digital advertising trends and best practices.
