BigBoost AI is looking for a sharp, execution-focused Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a performance marketing agency environment.

This is not a general digital marketing role. We are looking for professionals who have worked closely with paid media, campaign execution, performance analysis and client/business outcomes and are ready to grow into a more senior, strategic and client-facing role.

What you’ll work on

- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Work hands-on across Search, Performance Max, Meta campaigns and related paid media formats
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and translate data into actionable decisions
- Work with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio and other analytical/reporting tools
- Build performance reports, presentations and client-ready decks
- Write and refine ad copies, campaign messaging and creative briefs
- Analyse key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR and conversion performance
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Social Media, Strategy and Account/Client teams
- Contribute to campaign strategy while remaining strong on day-to-day execution
- Gradually take ownership of accounts, client conversations and performance discussions

What we’re looking for

Experience: 2–3 years

Background: Performance Marketing Agency experience is essential

You should ideally have

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, optimisation and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to create clear, structured decks and communicate insights confidently




- Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and business objectives
- A proactive, agile approach to execution and problem-solving
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity to learn, experiment and adapt as platforms and technologies evolve

This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable working in an agency setup and genuinely interested in building their career in performance marketing and paid media.
