Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketer (Amazon Only) role based in Noida.

The Performance

Marketer will manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other performance marketing formats to drive sales and improve ROI. Daily tasks include keyword research, bid optimization, budget management, and performance analysis across multiple international Amazon marketplaces. The role involves monitoring listing performance, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with the creative and product teams to refine content, and implementing A/B tests on ads and product detail pages.





The Performance

Marketer will prepare regular reports, provide insights to leadership, and stay updated on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Amazon PPC and performance marketing tools, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including catalog management, listing optimization, and basic policy compliance.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel or similar tools, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing fundamentals, including conversion rate optimization, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with product, operations, and creative teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing for Amazon or similar marketplaces; prior experience in global marketplaces is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing or Amazon advertising are a plus.
