Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel or PowerPoint to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SKU level sales, inventory levels, and customer traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improving retail performance through data-driven insights.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets from various sources including SAP systems.
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage.
