About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Performance and Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our online presence.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, paid advertising, SEO, content promotion, and marketing analytics. You will work closely with the design, content, and strategy teams to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Drive SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and website performance improvements.
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and communication.
- Support social media marketing, content promotion, and audience growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis,
and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop effective campaign creatives and marketing assets.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign assets, databases, and digital content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Who Should Apply
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising and digital campaign management.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Good understanding of marketing metrics, analytics, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, or similar platforms.
- Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or technology/product-focused marketing will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or WhatsApp marketing tools is preferred.
