Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing role based in New Delhi. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid channels such as search, social media, display, and affiliates to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to meet key performance indicators.



The individual will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with brand goals, develop landing pages, and support promotional activities. The role also includes conducting and managing marketing dashboards, and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

-Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to design data-driven performance campaigns, set KPIs, and manage budgets.

-Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations.

-Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other digital channels.

-Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive profitable growth.

-Achieve monthly revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition targets.
