Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end product development of bags from buyer requirement and sampling to final approval, ensuring quality, costing and timely development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand buyer requirements, designs, specifications and develop recent bag styles.
- Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Purchase, Sourcing, Quality and Production teams.
- Handle prototype, development, salesman and pre-production samples.
- Prepare BOM, specification sheets, costing and development documents.
- Source and follow up fabrics, beads, trims, accessories, hardware and other materials.
- Follow up sample comments, modifications and buyer approvals.
- Maintain T&A; and ensure timely completion of all development activities.
- Identify development issues and provide practical solutions with relevant teams.
- Ensure developed products are production-friendly, cost-effective and meet buyer quality standards.




- Maintain proper PD records and provide regular status updates to management.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of bag construction, fabrics, beads, trims, accessories and production processes.
- Strong costing, sampling, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication and MS Excel/ERP knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple developments and meet strict deadlines.

Qualification & Experience: Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Product Development or related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience in bags/export manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
