We are hiring a Payroll Executive (Male Preferred)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Local Mumbai Candidates Only)

- Experience in payroll processing at the HO level of approximately 1,000 to 2,000 employees.
- Male only, age 25+
- Ensuring attendance management and wage sheet processing using advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience handling payroll compliance, including calculations & making challans of PF, ESIC, PT (all states), LWF
- Knowledge of labour laws for minimum wages, leave, bonus, gratuity, and various registers to be maintained.
- Solid follow-up skills via email and coordination with site teams to ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Ability to generate MIS reports, maintain master salary registers, and prepare compliance reports.
- Maintaining accurate trackers for employee records (attendance, leave, and compliance).

Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years Experience as Payroll Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate
