Minimum Qualification Required : - Any graduation

Minimum Experience Required : - 2+ Years.

Department : - Front Office Main Objective of the Role : -

- To make sure the patients are attended and guided accordingly.
- Acts as liaison between the consultant and patients / patient attenders.

Responsibilities : -

- 1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and addressing their queries.

- 1. To coordinate with admission counter and wards for shifting the patients.

- 1. To coordinate with attenders during counseling.

- 1. Plan, coordinate and carry out patient care operations.

- 1. Address patient requests and needs in a professional manner.

- 1. Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.

- 1. Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.

- 1. Greet patients and direct them to examination rooms.

- 1. Maintain patient medical records up-to-date, confidential and secure.

- 1. Collect and maintain patient health, demographic, insurance and financial information.





- 1. Suggest process improvements to enhance patient services.

- 1. Ensure that every patient is accounted for in the Patient Care Program.

- 1. Monitor admission and discharge of patients

- 1. Provide cash/ credit/ corporate billing and discount information to patients.

- 1. To deal with complaints and give accurate information

- 1. Arrangement of ambulance for patients & doctors for picking up and dropping

- 1. Handling petty cash and documenting the same wherever necessary.

- 1. Responsible for taking admissions and maintaining admission registers.

- 1. Make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while in the premises.

- 1. Briefs patients and other customers about the company and create brand impression.

- 1. Answering all incoming calls and addressing their inquiries.

- 1. To ensure proper housekeeping arrangements and other facilities on day to day basis.

- 1. Any other duty assigned by the HOD from time to time.
