What You Will Do Your Role in Smart OPD

- Be the first point of support for patients entering the OPD.
- Assist with AI-enabled patient intake and history capture.
- Coordinate appointments, billing, queues and patient flow smoothly.
- Help patients navigate consultation, billing and follow-ups.
- Act as a bridge between patients, doctors and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ensure patient information is accurately captured in digital systems.
- Support patients in understanding digital prescriptions and reports.
- Coordinate with hospital staff and doctors as required.
- Capture patient feedback and help ensure a high-quality patient experience.
- Support day-to-day Smart OPD operations.
