Office Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Experience : 2 to 5 yrs

Salary : As per Industry standard

Shift : 5:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

Expected Joiners : Immediate - 10 days

Requirements

- Experience: 1–2 years of customer service or medical front/back office experience. Experience with patient collections is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EHR technology (Eclinical Works) is required.
- Core Competencies: Solid verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Soft Skills: A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong team player mindset.
