Responsibilities
Counselling patients regarding the medical finance and reimbursement process.
Collecting all required mediclaim/insurance documents from patients and the hospital.
Verifying and organizing the collected documents.
Preparing complete reimbursement claim files for submission to the insurance company.
Coordinating with patients and hospital staff for any pending documents or claim-related requirements.
Following up on reimbursement claims and resolving queries raised by the insurance company.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
