Patient Coordinator — Job Summary A Patient Coordinator acts as the central link between patients, medical staff, and administration to ensure smooth, compassionate healthcare delivery.

- Key Duties:

- Greet patients and handle registration/check-in.

- Schedule appointments, consultations, and procedures.

- Verify insurance coverage, process pre-authorizations, and discuss fees.

- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).

- Coordinate test results, specialist referrals, and post-treatment follow-ups.

- Answer patient inquiries and resolve service-related concerns.

- Preffered candidates from Ortho hospital

- Qualifications:

- 1–2+ years of healthcare clinic experience.

- Working knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.

- Robust communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
