As a Patent Analyst, you’ll explore inventions, research existing technologies, and discover how new ideas are different from what already exists. You’ll work with patent documents, technical information, and research databases while learning how modern tools such as AI, Machine Learning, and NLP can transform the way patent research is done.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Exploring patents and technical documents to discover existing inventions and prior art.
- Reading and understanding technical information and patent documents.
- Comparing new inventions with existing technologies.
- Looking closely at patent claims and identifying important technical features.
- Supporting research to understand whether an invention is new and different.
- Turning your research into clear, concise, and meaningful reports.
- Exploring technology trends and keeping track of new developments.
- Identifying opportunities where new ideas and technologies can make a difference.
- Working with engineers, inventors,



and patent professionals to understand different inventions.
- Finding better and more creative ways to solve research challenges.

Qualification: We’re looking for graduates who have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Domain
- A natural interest in technology and innovation.
- Good research and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to understand and work with technical information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to learn new concepts, tools, and technologies.
- A positive attitude toward feedback and continuous learning.

What you will Learn:

- Strong knowledge of patents or intellectual property.
- Familiarity with WIPO, USPTO, EPO, or other patent databases.
- Gain knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Python, or data analytics.
