We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Pastry Chef / Baker to join our bakery team.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts and other bakery products.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, texture and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and food-safety standards.
- Assist in developing new bakery and pastry products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and baking equipment.
- Manage ingredients, storage and basic inventory requirements.
- Work efficiently as part of a professional bakery team.
- Freshers and interns will be trained and guided as required.

Who Can Apply?
- Experienced Pastry Chefs / Bakers are welcome.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in baking are encouraged to apply.
- Bakery / Pastry students and interns are also welcome.
- Candidates with relevant culinary or bakery training will be preferred, but it is not mandatory.
- Local candidates from Goa are preferred.
- Candidates from outside Goa may also be considered depending on experience and requirements.
