Spocket is looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to take ownership of our affiliate and influencer programs and help drive our next stage of growth.

Spocket empowers 100,000+ entrepreneurs across five continents to launch and scale their online businesses. We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn strong partnerships into measurable acquisition, revenue, and brand growth.

What you’ll own:

- Build and scale our full-funnel affiliate and influencer strategy
- Spend ~70% of your focus driving affiliate revenue and ~30% growing our influencer program
- Recruit, activate, and grow high-performing affiliates and strategic partners
- Build relationships with influencers who align with the Spocket brand
- Negotiate partnerships and optimize campaigns for stronger ROI
- Manage budgets and closely monitor acquisition and revenue performance
- Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into action
- Collaborate across teams to execute integrated growth initiatives





What we’re looking for:

- 4+ years of hands-on affiliate and influencer marketing experience, preferably within SaaS
- Proven experience growing affiliate programs and delivering measurable revenue results
- Experience with platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, ShareASale, or similar tools
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly data-driven and comfortable working with performance metrics, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Able to independently manage multiple campaigns, partners, and priorities
- A proactive, creative, and growth-oriented mindset
