Team Member Partnerships | CSR / NGO / Social Impact
We are looking for a Partnerships qualified from the NGO / CSR / Development / Social Impact sector who has experience managing institutional partnerships, grants, NGO partners and social-impact programmes.
The role will act as a key bridge between external partner organisations and internal programme teams, ensuring strong partnership management, grant governance, programme outcomes and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary anchor between NGO / institutional partners and internal programme teams.
- Manage partnerships end-to-end and ensure delivery of agreed programme outcomes.
- Lead the management and periodic review of grants and partnership portfolios.
- Review programme progress, impact, budgets and utilisation against agreed funding plans.
- Conduct technical and financial due diligence of potential and existing partner organisations, including field visits where required.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on programme partnerships, grant proposals and partnership documentation.
- Coordinate with Grants & Contracts, PMT and compliance teams for smooth grant administration.
- Research institutional donor strategies and funding opportunities and identify potential partners.
- Identify,
engage and manage institutional partners through the complete lifecycle proposal development, submission, partnership execution and closeout.
- Assess budgets and resources for employee volunteering initiatives and align volunteering activities with programme partnerships.
- Evaluate volunteering programmes, identify gaps and implement improvements.
- Build employee volunteering initiatives that encourage participation and strengthen the culture of giving back.
- Track and report the impact of partnerships and employee volunteering programmes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in NGO / CSR / Foundation / Development / Social Impact sector.
- Strong experience in partnership management with NGOs, institutional donors or CSR partners.
- Hands-on exposure to grants management, grant proposals, due diligence, budgets and compliance.
- Experience managing multiple external stakeholders and implementing partners.
- Strong understanding of social-impact programmes and ability to assess programme outcomes and impact.
- Good understanding of institutional funding / donor ecosystem is preferred.
- Willingness to undertake field visits for partner assessment and programme reviews.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
