We are looking to hire an experienced Partner – General Corporate for a leading law firm. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in General Corporate, M&A;, Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) transactions and a proven track record of managing high-value matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and advise clients on General Corporate and commercial matters .
- Handle M&A;, PE, VC and strategic investment transactions end-to-end.
- Advise clients on transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiations and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.




- Lead and mentor a high-performing legal team.
- Candidates looking to move with an existing team are preferred.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a reputed law firm.
- Strong experience in General Corporate / M&A; / PE / VC .
- Demonstrated client management and business development capabilities.
- Strong transaction execution, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Partner-level candidates with an established practice/team are preferred.
