- Inspect vehicle bodywork and identify dents, scratches, rust, and paint damage.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and applying fillers and primers.
- Mix and match paint colours according to manufacturer specifications.
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray-painting equipment.
- Repair and repaint damaged vehicle panels to achieve a smooth, factory-quality finish.
- Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, sanding machines, and other painting tools.
- Perform polishing, buffing, and final finishing to remove paint imperfections.
- Ensure proper paint thickness, colour matching, gloss, and overall finish.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper ventilation in the paint booth and work area.
- Inspect completed work and correct defects such as runs, orange peel, overspray, dust, or colour mismatch.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and quality standards.
- Minimise paint and material wastage while maintaining high-quality results.
- Coordinate with body repair technicians, supervisors, and quality inspectors.
- Maintain records of materials used and report any equipment or paint-related issues.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
