About the role

We're looking for an experienced Paid Ad Executive to own Meta ad campaigns end to end for our clients, from strategy through optimization and reporting.

What you'll do

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns
- Own audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing strategy
- Manage budgets across multiple client accounts
- Analyze performance data and report on key metrics with transparent recommendations
- Work with the creative team on ad creatives, captions,



and targeting strategy
- Guide junior executives or interns on campaign fundamentals
- Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends

What we're looking for

- Certification in Digital Marketing (Meta or Google Ads preferred)
- 2+ years of proven experience in paid advertising and performance marketing
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and campaign types
- Creative mindset with a data driven approach to optimization
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
