- Supervision and Coordination:Managing and coordinating the activities of packaging staff to ensure efficient and timely packaging of products.

- Quality Control:Maintaining quality standards throughout the packaging process, including inspecting products and packaging for defects and implementing corrective actions.

- Safety Compliance:Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies during the packaging process.

- Inventory Management:Monitoring and managing the inventory of packaging materials, coordinating with procurement, and ensuring timely supply of materials.

- Training and Development:Training recent employees on packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.

- Production Coordination:Collaborating with other departments, like production and logistics, to coordinate packaging schedules and meet production goals.

- Reporting and Documentation:Creating and maintaining reports and documentation related to packaging operations.

- Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks in the packaging process,



and implementing process improvements that reduce costs.

- Equipment and Software Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use packaging equipment and relevant software, according to Microsoft Excel.
