As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments.

Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and maintain seamless application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools used for application development and support.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
