- Manage day-to-day packaging activities as per production plans and schedules.

- Ensure proper packaging of products according to approved specifications and standards.

- Monitor packaging materials such as cartons, labels, pouches, bottles, containers, etc.

- Ensure correct product labeling, coding, batch numbers, MRP, manufacturing/expiry dates, and other required details.

- Maintain proper records of packaging materials, production output, wastage, and rejection.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.

- Monitor manpower and ensure proper utilization of packaging staff.

- Identify and report packaging defects, machine issues, and quality-related problems.

- Minimize packaging material wastage and maintain efficient use of resources.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene in the packaging area.

- Assist in resolving day-to-day packaging-related issues.

- Prepare daily/shift-wise packaging reports and maintain necessary documentation.





- Ensure timely completion of packaging activities as per production requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline; technical qualification will be an added advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in packaging/production operations, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG/food/pharma industry.

- Valuable knowledge of packaging processes and materials.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify packaging errors.

- Ability to work under production timelines and targets.

- Knowledge of quality, safety, hygiene, and documentation procedures.
