KG Invicta Services (KGiS) is hiring experienced professionals for our Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay) team.

Drive Date: 17 September 2026

Drive Location: Opposite to Holiday Residency, KGISL Campus 365, IT Tower 1, Thudiyalur Road, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore 641035

Experience: 6+ Years

Shift: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM

Positions: P2P Team Lead & Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage P2P and invoice processing activities.
- Lead and support the team to achieve SLA and quality targets.
- Handle invoice validation, vendor queries, and escalations.
- Monitor KPIs and support process improvements.
- Manage month-end activities, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and SOX requirements.
- Work on SAP for invoice processing and reporting.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Team handling/leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor management, and month-end activities.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- BPO/Shared Services experience preferred.
