Senior Student CounsellorAbout the Role

We are looking for a Senior Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling students for Australia applications and visas; experience with other study-abroad destinations such as the UK, Ireland, and Australia will be an advantage.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with students, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey after the initial counselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a high level of customer service and support.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction.
- Coordinate with partners, associates,



and university representatives to ensure students have all necessary documentation and information for admission.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and activities using the CRM system, including updating client information, communications, and tracking progress.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, university requirements, and changes in regulations that may impact students.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a study-abroad counselling role (mandatory).
- Experience handling Australia applications and student visa processes will be a solid advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
- Passion for the education industry and a strong desire to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
