Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience and expertise

Role

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Education & Visa Consultant to guide students through the study-abroad journey, from initial counseling and course selection to applications, admissions, and visa processing.

This is an intermediate-level role suited for professionals who have hands-on experience in overseas education, student counseling, admissions, or visa processing and are ready to take greater ownership of student applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on suitable countries, courses, universities, and study pathways based on their academic profile, career goals, and budget.
- Handle student applications from initial consultation through admission and enrollment.
- Assist students with university applications, documentation, offer letters, and related admission requirements.
- Guide students through visa documentation, application procedures, and interview preparation.
- Review student documents and ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Follow up with students, institutions, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, follow-ups, offers, and visa outcomes.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, intakes, and study-abroad opportunities.




- Handle student queries and provide timely support throughout the application process.
- Coordinate with senior counselors/team leaders on complex student profiles and visa cases.
- Contribute towards individual and team admission and conversion targets.
- Build robust and professional relationships with students and university/institution partners.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Overseas Education, Study Abroad, Student Counseling, Admissions, or Visa Processing.
- Practical knowledge of international university admissions and student visa processes.
- Experience handling student applications and documentation independently.
- Solid communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of study-abroad destinations, courses, and admission pathways.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications and meet deadlines.
- Professional, confident, student-focused, and target-oriented approach.
- Previous experience with visa processing will be an added advantage.
