Vision International is a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy in Mumbai, specializing in personalized counselling for students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK, Ireland, Australia, USA, Recent Zealand, Dubai, and other destinations.

We provide end-to-end support including university and admission guidance, application assistance, student visa support, accommodation assistance, and support for students and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and enterprising Student Outreach & Counselling Executive to connect with prospective students interested in studying abroad.

The primary responsibility will be to engage with students, understand their study-abroad aspirations, provide first-level guidance, explain our services, and schedule counselling sessions with the Founder & CEO.

The role also involves consistent follow-up with prospective students after counselling, with the ultimate goal of converting interested students into applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective students interested in studying abroad.
- Engage with students through calls and other communication channels to understand their interests, needs, and aspirations.
- Provide basic guidance regarding study-abroad destinations, university options, and application timelines.
- Explain the company's counselling and overseas education services clearly and professionally.
- Schedule counselling appointments with the Founder & CEO, either virtually or in person.
- Follow up strategically with students after their counselling sessions.




- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Keep prospective students engaged throughout the decision-making process.
- Follow up with students to obtain the documents required for applications.
- Work towards converting prospects into the admission/application stage.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly targets related to appointment setting and student conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student outreach and counselling within a study-abroad/overseas education company is mandatory.
- Experience with Australia, UK, and Ireland as study destinations will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Additional local language skills will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve conversion targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.

Compensation & Incentives
- Industry-standard monthly salary, negotiable based on experience and suitability.
- Monthly incentives for successfully setting counselling appointments.
- Monthly incentives for converting prospective students from the prospect stage to the application stage.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident on calls, comfortable speaking with students and parents, proactive with follow-ups, and motivated by targets and conversions.
