As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be responsible for handling Australian Outbound Calling for the lead generation process. The role involves making outbound calls to Australian customers, generating leads, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring high call quality while meeting daily and weekly targets.

Compensation

- ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 per month (in hand) + Attractive Incentives

Shift Timings

•5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday),

•5:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Saturday)

Sunday Fixed Off

Job Responsibilities

•Make outbound calls to Australian customers

•Generate leads and maintain consistent follow-ups

•Maintain call quality while achieving daily and weekly targets

•Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers with exceptional conversation skills are welcome.

•Experience in sales calls or lead generation will be added advantage

•Excellent English communication skills

•Good listening and interpersonal skills

•Ability to stay calm and skilled under pressure

•Willingness to work in early morning (Australian) shift hours
