Influencer Outreach Specialist — Naive MediaNaive Media is looking for an Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team on a Freelance / Contract basis. You’ll be responsible for identifying relevant creators, initiating conversations, and helping build strong influencer and creator partnerships for campaigns and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain lists of creators based on campaign requirements, niche, audience, location, and engagement.
- Reach out to influencers through email, DMs, and other professional channels.
- Introduce campaign opportunities and communicate requirements clearly.
- Manage initial conversations and follow-ups with creators.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding creator availability, rates, deliverables, and campaign requirements.
- Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, negotiations, and campaign status.
- Follow up consistently with potential creators while maintaining professional communication.




- Help identify creators who are a strong fit for specific brands and campaigns.

- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Understand Instagram, YouTube, and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Can research and identify relevant creators efficiently.
- Are confident communicating with influencers professionally.
- Are organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Have good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in influencer outreach, talent management, sponsorships, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
