Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Increase footfall and customer retention.

- Implement promotional activities.

- Monitor daily sales reports and performance.

- Control wastage and reduce operational costs.

Staff Management

- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.

- Ensure staff discipline and grooming standards.ustomer Service

- Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Cash Management

- Monitor daily stock and inventory levels.

- Handle customer complaints effectively.

- Maintain service standards as per Ammas brand guidelines.

- Encourage positive customer feedback.
