What you'll actually do

- Building and cleaning prospect lists using Apollo, Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, so every list we load is one a campaign can actually run on.
- Setting up and monitoring outbound email campaigns in Instantly, watching deliverability, replies and bounces daily.
- Doing the qualification work before a name goes on a list: right seniority, right company size, right signal, no guessing.
- Cleaning and de-duplicating data across 1,000+ record lists before a campaign ever launches.
- Sitting in on strategy calls to understand why we're targeting who we're targeting, not just adding names to a sheet.

What we need from you

- Comfortable in spreadsheets and not intimidated by a messy 1,000-row CSV.




- You've either used Apollo, Clay, Instantly or Sales Navigator before, or you can tell us exactly how rapid you'd pick them up.
- You think in filters and criteria, not vibes. Give you an ICP and you can turn it into a checklist.
- You can explain, in your own words, what makes an outbound list "bad" before you've even sent anything.

The list test

- Give us three things you'd check before adding a US agency owner to an outbound list. If your answer is "verify the email," this isn't your role yet.
- If you've built a list before, we want the actual numbers: open rate, reply rate, bounce rate. Not "it went well."

Pay

- [5-15kMonth for 3 months] If you keep doing well we will give you a full time opportunity.
- Fully remote
- You'll see prospect data across a dozen live client niches at once, more volume than most outbound hires see in two years anywhere else in India.
