Outbound Sales Executive

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Shift: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

Experience: 2-4 Years

We are looking for a confident Outbound Sales Executive with hands-on experience in cold calling, inside sales, B2B outreach, or lead generation to connect with US-based businesses and generate qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 40-60 outbound calls daily to US-based businesses.
- Qualify prospects and schedule demos/meetings.
- Follow call scripts and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Track and report daily/weekly calling and conversion metrics.
- Support basic digital marketing activities, including business listings and LinkedIn/social media tasks.

Requirements
- Experience in cold calling, inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound calling.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking with international/US-based prospects.
- Familiarity with any CRM is preferred.
- Willingness to work the 6:30 PM2:30 AM IST shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field.

Preferred: International voice process or US-facing calling experience.
