Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented OTA Reservation Executive to manage online hotel reservations and maximize room sales through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of OTA platforms, reservation management, and hotel operations, along with solid communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor reservations received through OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and other online travel platforms.

- Ensure accurate availability, room rates, inventory, restrictions, and promotions across all OTA channels.

- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, no-shows, refunds, and guest requests efficiently.

- Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

- Monitor OTA extranets and respond promptly to guest queries and messages.

- Maintain rate parity and ensure accurate hotel information, room descriptions, policies, and photographs across OTA platforms.

- Monitor occupancy, room availability, and booking trends to support revenue optimization.

- Assist in implementing promotional offers, packages, discounts, and special rates on OTA channels.

- Track OTA performance, booking patterns, cancellations, and revenue.

- Resolve reservation-related issues with OTA partners and escalate problems when required.

- Prepare regular reservation and OTA performance reports for management.





- Ensure all reservations are properly updated in the hotel's PMS/channel manager.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent service to guests and OTA partners.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel reservations, OTA management, front office, or a similar hospitality role.

- Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.

- Knowledge of hotel PMS and channel manager systems is preferred.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

- Candidates with experience in revenue management or hotel e-commerce will be an advantage.

Education & Experience

- Minimum: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years in hotel reservations/OTA management preferred.

- Freshers with relevant hospitality knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.
