We are looking for a Software Development Manager, a proven engineering leader who combines deep expertise in AI driven innovation and large-scale distributed systems to lead world-class engineering teams, driving the next frontier of fast delivery at Amazon.



You will own the end-to-end shopping experience for sub-same-day delivery, driving the full speed lifecycle — right selection, frictionless discovery, and reliable delivery promise — in close partnership with Operations, Product, and Science teams. Leveraging generative AI and agentic workflows, you will build and integrate intelligent systems across core retail services and key CX surfaces including Homepage, Search, Storefront, Product Detail, and Checkout, reimagining how customers find and choose what they need at Amazon's fastest speeds. You will own the technical vision, engineering culture, and delivery excellence across multiple product and platform domains — building deep partnerships with tech teams, influencing across multiple orgs and businesses, and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
