Job Description

* Enterprise product-company background preferred - multi-tenant software, real external customers, production failures you personally owned. A services background works if you owned a platform rather than delivered someone else's specification. * You have designed a platform from zero and lived with it afterwards, not inherited one and improved it. * Production AI systems, not demos. You have put retrieval or agentic systems in front of real users and dealt with what followed - wrong answers, cost, latency, evaluation, trust. * Multi-tenant and single-tenant deployment experience. * Security architecture - tenant isolation, authorisation models, and the judgement to enforce a rule structurally rather than by policy. * Still hands-on. You write and review code,



and you direct development agents rather than typing everything yourself. * You have led engineers. Formal management history is not required; being answerable for a date is.
