As Botsync scales syncOS across a growing base of deployments, this role leads the backend engineering behind syncOS's integration platform — owning architecture, driving delivery,



and growing the team building the software that connects syncOS to automation equipment worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and scalability of syncOS's integration platform, including the core services, APIs, and data layer that connect syncOS to automation equipment on the shop floor
- Design and guide the implementation of integration modules and services in Python and C++, using industrial and web protocols (REST APIs, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Websockets, CAN, TCP/IP)
- Drive the technical roadmap for sync templates and integration frameworks that let the team and customers deploy current machine-to-machine and machine-to-software integrations faster
- Set and enforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, and system reliability across the integrations codebase
- Expand syncOS integration coverage into new vendor categories, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and sensor OEMs, alongside existing AMR/AGV and fleet manager i
