We are looking for a motivated junior skilled who would like to help build these new business areas from the ground up.

Role DescriptionAs Junior Business Development & Technical Support Engineer, you will support market development, customer acquisition, partner management and the technical implementation of our training systems in India.




You will identify and approach prospective customers and cooperation partners, including:
- Industrial and vocational training institutes
- Engineering colleges, universities and polytechnics
- Welding and renewable-energy training centres
- Driving schools, fleet operators and driver-training centres
- HVAC and refrigeration training institutes
- Industrial companies and equipment manufacturers
- Governmental and private skills-development organisations
- Trade associations and certification bodies

You will introduce our solutions to prospective customers, understand their requirements and support presentations, demonstrations, pilot projects, installations and introductory training.
During the market-development phase, you will also serve as the first point of contact for basic technical and operational questions. Product and technical training will be provided by Adler & Pfau and our technology partners.
