NAs an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

- Manage end-to-end implementation of GST products. N
- Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment. N
- Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams. N
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support. N
- Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes. N
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams. N
- Track project timelines, documentation, risks,



and client issues. N
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. N
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. N
- Visit client locations as required. N

- Robust client-facing and communication skills. N
- Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation. N
- Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation. N
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. N

- Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and execution skills. N
- Willingness to travel as required. N
