- Knowledge of Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 applications. N
- Experience in Active Directory and account management. N
- Understanding of ITIL processes;
ITIL certification preferred. N
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. N
nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
