Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Middleware Integration Architect/Lead with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle WebLogic, JMS, and enterprise middleware technologies . The role involves designing and delivering end-to-end integration solutions, with a specific focus on integrating core banking applications such as FLEXCUBE and OBPM .

Key Responsibilities:

- Define integration strategy, architecture, and approach for enterprise-level integration projects.
- Design, develop, and manage integration interfaces using OSB , including service routing, mediation, message transformation, and integration patterns.
- Design and manage integrations between OSB and FLEXCUBE, OBPM, and other enterprise systems , including authentication and secure connectivity.
- Manage JMS configuration, message queuing, and reliable message delivery .
- Administer Oracle WebLogic Server , including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Lead integration projects end-to-end, including solution design, estimation, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with integration architects, developers, and technical teams to review designs and ensure adherence to integration best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, architectural diagrams, configuration procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise middleware and integration technologies.
- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB) , including configuration, deployment,



and management.
- Strong experience in OSB service routing, mediation, message transformation, and integration patterns .
- Extensive experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with JMS configuration, message queuing, and reliable message delivery .
- Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations .
- Experience managing authentication, security, and secure connectivity between OSB and various systems.
- Strong experience in defining integration architecture and strategy for large-scale projects.

Good to Have:

- Experience with FLEXCUBE and OBPM core banking systems.
- Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) .
- Experience in performance monitoring, tuning, and scaling of OSB and associated middleware components.
- Experience with SIT/UAT and production implementation/support .
- Experience in integration project estimation and end-to-end delivery .
- Strong technical documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate:

- Has strong hands-on experience in OSB, WebLogic, JMS, and enterprise integration .
- Ideally has experience integrating FLEXCUBE and OBPM or other core banking applications.
- Strong in integration architecture, solution design, security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting .
- Able to lead integration projects from design through deployment and production support .
- Comfortable working with architects, developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders .
- Has strong communication skills and can guide integration teams on technology and best practices .
